3. Product information
We take care to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs and brochures accurate and up to date. However:
- specifications, capacities, cycle times and features shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice as we improve our products;
- photographs and illustrations may show optional accessories or a configuration different from the standard machine;
- some images and videos on this website, such as banners, illustrations and product visuals, are created or enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI) tools. They are for illustration only and may not show an actual Simran Systems machine, installation, customer site or person. For the exact appearance and working of a machine, refer to our brochure or quotation, or ask our team for actual photographs and videos;
- the final specification, scope of supply and price of any machine or service are those stated in our written quotation or order acknowledgement.
Please confirm any detail that matters to your decision with our team before you place an order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of information on the website.
4. Enquiries, quotations and orders
- An enquiry sent through the website, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp is a request for information. It is not an order and does not create a contract.
- Our quotations are valid for the period stated on them. If no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 24 hours from the time it is issued.
- A contract is formed only when we accept your written purchase order or signed quotation, or confirm your order in writing.
- The commercial terms in our quotation or order acknowledgement (including price, taxes, payment, delivery, installation and warranty) apply to that order. Where they differ from these Terms, the quotation or order acknowledgement prevails.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST, packing, freight, insurance and installation, which are shown separately in the quotation.
- Payment terms, such as an advance, balance against delivery or a credit period, are as agreed in the quotation or order.
- We do not accept payments through this website. Make payments only to the Simran Systems bank account printed on our official quotation or invoice. If you receive payment instructions that look unusual, or a request to pay into a different account, call us on Call us to check before you pay.
6. Delivery, installation and training
- Delivery and completion dates are our best estimates. They depend on order confirmation, receipt of any advance payment and approval of technical details. We will tell you promptly about any expected delay.
- For production-line machines, you are responsible for preparing the site as agreed with us, including space, foundations, electrical supply, compressed air, refrigerant and other utilities, so that installation and commissioning can go ahead.
- Where installation, commissioning or operator training are part of the order, we carry them out as described in the quotation.
- Unless the order says otherwise, risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes to you once the full price has been paid.
7. Warranty and after-sales service
- Our machines carry the warranty stated in the quotation, invoice or warranty document supplied with them. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Unless the warranty document says otherwise, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect installation or operation, use with refrigerants or oils not approved for the machine, unstable power supply, repairs or modifications by anyone not authorised by us, or normal wear and consumable parts such as filters, hoses, seals and oil.
- Annual maintenance contracts (AMC), spare parts and calibration are available on the terms of the relevant contract or quotation.
8. Car and bus AC services
- Before starting work we explain the likely work and give an estimated cost. If further work or parts turn out to be needed, we ask for your approval before carrying them out.
- Refrigerant is recovered, recycled and recharged using suitable equipment, in line with applicable environmental rules.
- We take reasonable care of vehicles in our custody. Please remove valuables and personal belongings; we are not responsible for items left in a vehicle.
- Any warranty on service work or replaced parts is as stated on your job card or invoice.
9. Cancellations and refunds
- Machines that are built or configured to your requirements, including production-line systems, cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started, except with our written agreement. Charges for work already done and materials already bought may apply.
- If we are unable to supply an ordered product or provide a booked service, we refund the amount you paid for it in full.
- Refund claims should be raised within 30 days of the date the product or service was due. Approved refunds are paid to the account the payment came from, normally within 15 working days of approval.
10. Safe use of equipment
Refrigerant and pressure equipment must be operated by trained persons, following the operating manual and safety instructions supplied with the machine, and in line with the laws on refrigerant handling and workplace safety that apply to you. You are responsible for the safe operation of equipment at your premises.
11. Intellectual property

You agree to compensate Simran Systems for any loss, damage or reasonable legal costs we suffer because you used the website unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
16. Events beyond our control
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform its obligations where this is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, fire, flood, strikes, war, government action, or failure of power, transport or suppliers. Obligations resume once the event is over.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably through discussion. If that is not possible, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when our products, our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date.
